Connect Course
CONNECT is a training project which aims to help adults who have personal experience of mental health issues benefit from training, study or work opportunities. It is run by Perth College in partnership with Perth Association for Mental Health. You can download a leaflet which gives more information on the course here or help publicise its availability using the poster here.
An application/ referral form for people interested in participating on the course is available as a Word document here or a pdf document here.

Currently, we need a completed risk assessment for anyone new coming to PAMH. This is to ensure that we are aware of any difficulties that there may be for the person and how we can help with them. The risk assessment must be completed with a professional (for example, GP, support worker, CPN, Psychiatrist, Social Worker) who has known the person for at least 6 months. We ask that whoever completes the form, shares the information with the person concerned and asks them to countersign it. You can download a copy of the form here
